[Reportbug-maint] Bug#640213: reportbug: subject prompt confusing

Package: reportbug
Version: 4.12.6
Severity: minor
maybe change " (type Ctrl+c to exit) " to:
" (type Ctrl+c to exit reportbug without sending a report) "
or:
" (type Ctrl+c to cancel your bugreport) "
I misread it (it was the first time I used the program) as meaning
I needed to type Ctrl+c to finish the text for the subject, and had
to start again.
