[Reportbug-maint] Bug#654165: reportbug: Misleading and incorrect message "Just press ENTER to exit reportbug."

When at first GUI screen of reportbug I select a package name that matches
other package names (such as "apache2" is matches "apache2-dbg"), I'm presented
with another screen with list of matched packages ("apache2-dbg",
|apache2-doc").

Above this list, there is a message:

  "Just press ENTER to exit reportbug."

This text is confusing and incorrect:
 * exiting reportbug at this point is not expected
 * pressing Enter does not yield exit
