Hi,

it might be useful to enhance the unblock request handling to

* add X-Debbugs-Cc: $PACKAGE at packages.debian.org
  to notify the maintainer about the unbock request, useful for team
  maintenance or if e.g. a NMUer requests the unblock

* add an affects: src:$PACKAGE
  to make the unblock show up in the bug list for the package
  (not 100% sure about src:PACKAGE vs. $PACKAGE)
  (could be done by adding a Control pseudo header)

IIRC someone mentioned something similar in -devel@ or -release@
recently, but I cannot find the mail right now.
