   * What led up to the situation?

Everytime I go to report a bug, find that it already exists, and I want to 
be notified when progress is made on it. Sometimes if I had extra information
it is more important to be subscribed but in any case if it is a bug that
affects me and I want to follow its progress it would be a really useful 
feature to have.



   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
