[Reportbug-maint] Bug#765546: reportbug: Misleading instruction when choosing distribution

When filing a bug against ftp.debian.org, the user is prompted for 
choosing the distribution to which the removal should apply and the 
following instruction is given:

    Is the removal to be done in a suite other than "unstable"?
    Please press Enter for "unstable"

However, pressing Enter results in the first choice in the check list 
to be chosen.  A more appropriate message would be:

    Please press Ok for "unstable"

The patch attached below fixes the problem.
