[Reportbug-maint] Bug#764717: [reportbug] reportbug shortcut doesn't work in kde and error with --ui=gtk2

Hi,

1. The reportbug shortcut in KDE menu (system submenu) doesn't work.  
Please note that I use kde in French.

2. I get this error when executing "reportbug --ui=gtk2" from the console:
"Attempt to unlock mutex that was not locked"

3. reportbug in text mode from the console works well, as well as 
reportbug-ng ;-)

I don't know if the problem is related to the KDE shortcut or to the 
reportbug package itself.
