This is due to the resource limits that have been added to Apache on the
BTS servers since they were upgraded to Jessie.  Large status queries
causes the process to exceed the resource limit and get killed.

python-debianbts needs to be adjusted to perform the queries in chunks
and, as I already made such a change in the QA infrastructure, I'll send
a patch to do that.
