[Reportbug-maint] Bug#788302: reportbug: Please add "Back" or an option to choose other packages.

Dear Maintainer,

Would be nice to have the possibility to go back to the start so another
package can be chosen. Closing and reopening Reportbug for every single package
that a user is interested in knowing the status or progress of can become a bit
tedious.
