Package: reportbug

Dear Maintainer,
I wanted to report a bug from within emacs so I ran `M-x debian-bug`, answered
the questions and was presented with a mail buffer containing a backtrace.

I removed the backtrace and went on to write and submit a bugreport. I promptly
got a message that my report could not be processed because it was missing a few
of the fields expected in the body (Package: and probably others).
