Package: reportbug
Version: 6.6.6
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

when reportbug queries madison, but you're behind a captive portal
(ie, coffeeshop, public place...), reportbug crashes.

I expect it to complain about crappy network connectivity, suggest to
retry with --no-query-bts, not crash like this.

Workaround is a functional network or using -b.
