[Reportbug-maint] Bug#812112: Reportbug asks to install "python-gtkspellcheck", but after installing it keeps asking.

stays even after
installing "python-gtkspellcheck" (which installs python-enchant as a
dependency),
also i see no way/option for spell checking.
