I have implemented changes that address this request.

For a minimal change that adds *only* the ‘cloud.debian.org’
pseudo-package, see commit 2772cc5156 in my branch at

For a full set of changes that aligns the pseudo-package definitions
with the current list at the BTS, see the branch at

(These are in the repository available via Git at
