With the upload of reportbug 7.1.5, I have rebased patches against 7.1.5 git
tag. The whole patchset is resent here as attachment.

The whole package is gettextized in the patches. A full Simplified Chinese 
translation is provided as well.

Any suggestion would be welcome.
