[Reportbug-maint] Bug#849564: python3-reportbug: reportbug fails with AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'utils'

Thanks for the hints, I found out that me having an abbreviated first name 
in ~/.reportbugrc was causing the same problem.

Reverting back to the full name (so with no "." in it) is a workaround, at 
least.
