[Reportbug-maint] Bug#814454: Bug: reportbug 7.1.2

I'm getting a similar error on Debian Stretch (also using reportbug
7.1.2).
I'm not sure if this is relevant, but when I selected 'Reportbug' from
the Mate menu nothing happened. When I ran reportbug in a terminal
emulator I got the standard set-up wizard. I encountered no errors at
that stage.
Selecting 'Reportbug' from the Mate menu still doesn't do anything, and
when I now run reportbug in the terminal I get the following:
$ reportbug reportbug
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/reportbug", line 2233, in <module>

File "/usr/bin/reportbug", line 1084, in main

File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/gi/__init__.py", line 118, in

I can run the following:
$ reportbug -q --template -T none -s none -S normal -b --list-cc none
-q reportbug
