With the upload of reportbug 7.1.4, I have rebased patches against
7.1.4 git 
tag. The whole patchset is resent here as attachment.

I gettextized all source code (/usr/bin/reportbug and python3-
reportbug 
package) and provided a complete Simplified Chinese translation in the
patches.

Any suggestion would be welcome.
