[Reportbug-maint] Bug#857361: does not start from menu - missing dependency on python3-gi-cairo

Please solve somehow dependency on python3-gi-cairo
Otherwise reportbug does not start from desktop menu and it happens nothing. There is similar solution for missing dependency on gir1.2-vte-2.91 solved in
