[Reportbug-maint] Bug#862152: crash when $DISPLAY is defined

When launching reportbug with $DISPLAY defined I get errors :

zsh: segmentation fault  reportbug emacs

Note that in my config I want the text interface. Thus there is a
problem of interface selection and of implementation of this
interface.
