this doesnt work as expected: nor the initial template or the draft
saved by ('q' in mutt to abort the send, 'no' in mutt not to postpone
the msg, 'q' in reportbug to quit and save the draft) contains the
text entered in the mutt edited template.

I'm calling mutt as `mutt -E -H`
