[Reportbug-maint] Bug#894784: reportbug: Please support --attach for (neo)mutt

(neo)mutt has an option "-a <file> [...] --" to attach files to a message. Please make
reportbug use that, so the attach option works (and for others, maybe make --attach
behave like --include, I don't know).
