[Reportbug-maint] Bug#890442: reportbug: GUI not starting in KDE Plasma, installing dependencies solves the problem

I experienced this issue being KDE Plasma my only desktop in Debian 9 stable.
Installing the packages  gir1.2-vte-2.91 and python3-gi-cairo solved the
problem.
