[Reportbug-maint] Bug#888247: reportbug: Reportbug does not report the correct used Shell

Hi,

When submitting a bug, reportbug is adding system info to the message.
On the "Shell" line, it fails to report the correct used Shell.
Actually I'm using Fish shell and reportbug is stating :

Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
