[Reportbug-maint] Bug#892867: please create reportbug at l.d.o

Hello,
we would like to ask for the creation of reportbug at l.d.o . this is to replace
the email we use as maintainer of reportbug in preparation for alioth deco.

I'm not sure i would like to share the current subscribers list on a public bug
report, but it may also be a good moment to "clean up" that list: this bug is
CC'ed to reportbug-maint at l.a.d.o and i'll send there an email once we migrate.

we would also very much like to keep the archive, but that goes back to Jun
2008, so the requirement of reviewing the archive for spam is quite heavy - any
chance you can lift that?
