    debian/control: drop X-Python-Version field, not needed anymore for python3
    
    We currently plan to use python 3.4+ features in the future, but currently
    diffoscope should be able to run in any other version of python3.
    Once it will not anymore a X-Python3-Version field is needed instead.
    See dh_python3(1)
