Drop issue locale_dependent_symbol_order_by_lorder
lorder was fixed in bsdmainutils/9.0.11 by Reiner Herrmann's patch \o/
Packages are no longer affected:
* freebsd-libs (and is now reproducible)
* mmh (still having other reproducibility issues)
