commit c3eb16614789f56bc68d0c6b58930e6700ecf0ac

dpkg-scanpackages: Support scanning a single binary file

This makes it possible to pass a binary package pathname so that the
tree does not need to be traversed. This also makes this command
    symetric with dpkg-scansources.

    Closes: #833964
