[Resolvconf-devel] New release needed

Hi gang,

Resolvconf may be one of the more mature packages out there, but that
doesn't mean it's bug-free.  :)

The initscript in version 1.36 of the package fails to disable itself
when the package is uninstalled.  Since that violates policy, we have
a severity-serious bug on our hands.  We'll need a new release.

Randomly choosing a DD...

Marco Nenciarini: Can you please check what's now in the repo and
(if it's OK) release?

Pofile updates aside, this release just adds a line to the top of
the initscript:

    [ -x /sbin/resolvconf ] || exit 0
