[Resolvconf-devel] Bug#415783: resolvconf does not restart nscd

resolvconf attempts, but fails, to restart nscd upon changing the contents of resolv.conf. This results in the continued use of the old resolv.conf contents and cached entries.

/etc/resolvconf/update.d/libc attempts to start-stop-daemon using the pidfile /var/run/nscd.pid. 

This was the location of the file for the sarge version of nscd, but newer versions of nscd put the pidfile in /var/run/nscd/nscd.pid.
