[Resolvconf-devel] New release needed

Hi all,

Because of #475528 we should make a new release soon.  But first,
everyone: PLEASE TEST THE UPGRADE.  The symlink /etc/resolvconf/run which
(pre-upgrade) points to /dev/shm/resolvconf should (post-upgrade) have been
redirected to /lib/init/rw/resolvconf and the contents of /dev/shm/resolvconf
should have been copied over to /lib/init/rw/resolvconf so that the contents
of /etc/resolvconf/run look exactly the same.  Please check all this.  If we
screw this up we'll be lynched!  :)
