[Resolvconf-devel] Bug#568820: Also truncate after ::1 nameservers

Please extend $TRUNCATE_NAMESERVER_LIST_AFTER_127 to
$TRUNCATE_NAMESERVER_LIST_AFTER_LOCALHOST and include ::1 in the
sentinel list.
