[Resolvconf-devel] resolvconf 1.63ppa1~oneiric available

OK, resolvconf 1.63ppa1~oneiric is now available in my PPA:

     https://launchpad.net/~jdthood/+archive/resolvconf

Finally I am able to install resolvconf on my laptop!

The package passes my initial tests, but I don't have a complex setup.
 The real test will be whether it works with multiple interface
configurers, etc.

I installed bootchart in order to confirm that the resolvconf job runs
before things like NetworkManager.  Yep.
