[Secure-testing-team] Typos in security-traker.debian.net

Some typos in the security tracker's webpages:

- exteral data -> external data
- by participiating -> participating

I'm going to make some changes to the www.debian.org/security/ page now that
this page is (semi-)official. I will send a copy of the patch here and to the
Debian Security Team.
