[Secure-testing-team] glib2.0 embeds PCRE

        Hi folks,

 This mail to inform you that glib embeds pcre in the 2.14 series for
 gregex support.  We build against the system PCRE except for the udeb
 as there's no pcre udeb yet (#443114).
