[Secure-testing-team] embedded code copy in qonk

Hi,

I've uploaded recently qonk, which has code from other projects copied
into it, and wanted to let you know. It includes the guichan library
and files from SuperTuxKart, which, as described by upstream:

"They provide a parser and writer for lisp-style configuration files
which is compiled into a (static) library for Qonk."
