[Secure-testing-team] License of scripts hostet at Secure Testing

Like Joey's, my scripts in the secure-testing repository are licensed 
under GPL v2 or later.

Maybe the other authors (mainly Florian, who else?) could declare the 
same, so that we can add one note for all scripts.
