[Secure-testing-team] unblocks for tempfile races

Here's a round of packages that could use an unblock to resolve recently 
discovered tempfile race attacks:

feta/1.4.16+nmu1
qemu/0.9.1-6
rancid/2.3.2~a8-2
realtimebattle/1.0.8-8
vdr/1.6.0-6

Same for these two, but they could need an urgency bump aswell:

crossfire-maps/1.11.0-2
xcal/4.1-19
