[Secure-testing-team] Security fixes in moodle 1.8.2.dfsg-3

Hello,

Moodle 1.8.8 was recently released and it fixes a number of security issues
which are present in the current lenny/sid moodle package.

Here's a debdiff of the -2 against -3 (which fixes all of these
vulnerabilities):

Should I upload this as a security upload or to unstable as is?
