[Secure-testing-team] embedded code copies: quake3

Some updates for your embedded-code-copies file.

The Quake III engine has now been packaged, using ioquake3.org as our upstream:
it's the 'ioquake3' source package. OpenArena in experimental uses ioquake3
as its engine (it still embeds a copy of the source code for now, but that'll
hopefully be removed from the orig.tar.gz altogether after the next upstream
release).

tremulous in contrib is a Quake III fork; I doubt it's feasible to use
ioquake3 for it, although I might investigate this post-squeeze.

ioquake3 has an embedded libjpeg, but only uses one modified file (an adaptor
to Quake 3's memory allocation system); it uses the system libjpeg for the
rest. I kept all of libjpeg in the orig.tar.gz for licensing reasons.
I haven't backported the libjpeg patch to tremulous: that's a job for
post-squeeze, I think.

Please delete the 'quake3' section and replace by:

ioquake3
	- openarena 0.8.5-5+exp1 (embed)
	- tremulous <unfixable> (fork)

and amend the 'libjpeg' section like so:

libjpeg
	- ioquake3 <not-affected>
	- tremulous <unfixed> (embed; bug #589407)

Regards,
    S
