I didn't realize that I could submit issues without an account. I'll
try to see how well that works in the future. Although, I still think
that RT is too much of a barrier to entry. The debian BTS is just so
nice; especially with reportbug and other tools already in widespread
use.

There is an RT command-line interface. I wonder if this couldn't be
solved fairly easily by writing a wrapper that converts an RT thread
into a new debian BTS thread with a link back to the RT ticket?
I really think the BTS is a much better system.
