[Secure-testing-team] Embedded code copy in package gnucash

Dear Security team,

I suggest an update of the list of embedded code copies available at:

http://wiki.debian.org/EmbeddedCodeCopies

It concerns the gnucash package, which I co-maintain. This package
contain an embedded copy of the QOF library, and uses it at build
time. It should rather use the package libqof-dev. See #556245.
