Worldlink seeks to acquire companies involved in Sports Betting and On Line financial trading


Worldlink Group plc (“Worldlink”), which is listed 
on the main London exchange (standard list), seeks 
to acquire companies involved in:

1.Sports Betting 
2.On Line financial trading

Worldlink is also seeking to acquire Companies who 
have patented Intellectual Property in the mobile 
data sector or patented technology pertinent to 
the sector.

ABOUT WORLDLINK GROUP PLC
Worldlink is a technology company that provides a 
platform service through which it and third parties 
can deliver financial data and trading applications 
to consumers.   

The Group owns intellectual property in the mobile 
telecommunication sector for the transmission of

Additionally, Worldlink seeks to acquire patented technology that 
compliments its own technology and patents in the mobile data sector. 

Criteria for online sports betting and online trading acquisitions:

1. Positive EBIDTA companies with an EBIDTA of $2 million or better,  
preferably $10+ million EBITDA

2. Willing and able to move quickly

3. Strong management with proven industry track record

Criteria for on line financial trading companies :
1.Positive transaction based income in excess of $2m
2.Execution only
3.Client base in excess of 2,000

Criteria for patented technology
1.In the mobile data sector
2.More than 10 years patent life
3.Strong technical and legal opinion
