Normally these bugs are closed through the changelog "closes:" mechanism.
As you can see, the squeeze6 changelog didn't contain such a statement
which explains why the bug is still open.

I've closed it now.

The security tracker is our leading source of information. If the tracker
shows the issue closed, and the archive shows an upload that fixed it
aswell, and there are no contraindications in the bug log, just feel free
to close such bugs by hand with the relevant version, like I just did.
