Good day.

We are writing to inform that as effective from 1st August 2013, Shipping
Lines in China will levy 6% Value Added Tax (VAT) on top of freight and
charges for shipments shipped from all Chinese ports, which is proceeded in
accordance to the new regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance (MOF)
and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) of the Chinese Government.
it is means all ocean freight or local charge will be added 6%

Please be guided and advise your clients accordingly.
