[Secure-testing-team] Changes for the secure-testing repository and security-tracker

Hi all

Just wo short notes from the last few days:

Thanks to Holger's patch activated by Florian (see #759727[0])
squeeze-lts now can also be tracked in the secure-testing repository
correctly. If you add a DLA entry to data the explicit cross-reference
will be added and the version marked accordingly when the package is
accpeted into squeeze-lts. See [1] for an example. I have updated the
wiki page accordingly for this[2].

Secondly, thanks to the help of Alexander Wirt, ACL's for the
secure-testing repository are set accordingly to the original plan,
and all DDs can now commit to the repository without beeing explicitly
added to the secure-testing alioth project[3].
