Hi,
A couple of bugs have been found in refpolicy and the toolchain that
basically prevented modular policy from working for me.
I've uploaded new packages to the "experimental" repository that should
work for both stable and unstable, along with an updated policy package.
Make sure to get the latest libsepol and checkpolicy package first, then
updating your policy (the package won't update an existing policy
anyway, so you can just upgrade, then use semodule to build a new
policy)
For more details on the issues, see my blog at
http://blog.drinsama.de/erich/en/linux/selinux/
Those running Ubuntu, you might want to get these packages too. As of
the blog post, the checkpolicy in public CVS wasn't yet updated (it's
delayed from the rw-CVS on sourceforge); but the debian sources are
patched with the patches I received from Steven Smalley for testing.
best regards,
Erich Schubert
