[DSE-User] dpkg tries create selinux/context.dpgk-new and fails

 dpkg -c dspam-3.9.0_ALPHA2-1_i386.deb

shows lots of files, including:

drwxr-xr-x root/root         0 2009-07-23 09:23 ./selinux/
-rw-rw-rw- root/root         0 2009-06-20 15:29 ./selinux/context

and the output of strace is 448k. I'll mail it to Russell straight, hope
that is ok. He may post the relevant bits...
