Ah, great. Thanks for the pointer. That file is already there, but I've
also found #626720 which says that I need libselinux1 2.0.102 for it to
work.

And lo, it appears that that library was still on its Squeeze version
here. I've upgraded it now, but that brings as much labeling issues as
it solves, because now all initrc-created subdirs are mislabeled...
