[Shootout-list] site down?

Thanks for the reports that the site was down.  I, too, noticed this and
have forwarded a few e-mails to the various system adminstrators.

The site is currently up, but no one reported what caused the outage.
I have not uploaded a new version since the most recent updates, because
the Mozart/Oz software recently upgraded in Debian is broken and the
tests won't run.  Rather than removing them, I'm waiting a day or two
to see if this will be resolved soon.
