A few recent updates:

BASH:
 * David Pyke provided implementations for several Bash tests

C:
 * Alan Post provided an even faster reversefile implementation.

Erlang:
 * Alexey Shchepin provided an implementation of matrix for
   Erlang and Hipe.
  
Oberon2:
 * All tests re-run with the 2.1.4 version of OO2C.

Python:
 * Andrew Bennetts pointed out that strcat.python violates the
   intent of the test, so we have reverted to an earlier version
   with some improvements recommended by Andrew.
 * Andrew also pointed out a bug in Python's sieve implementation.
