75 lines in Javese sure - 75 lines in Haskellish would be more ;-)

imo we have a surfeit of indexed-access (array) stuff. So a math /
engineering / scientific problem without arrays (like mandelbrot) is
worth considering. Yet another loops & arrays program isn't.

We don't have for problems to exercise
- the ubiquitous list of functional programming languages
- binary io
- regex based on dna strings
